I have had a number of these retina cameras. The inside where film goes is very clean. The range finder works correctly. Needs cleaning . The Schneider 50 mm lens was considered top of the line. The self timer, and all functions work. Putting camera in bulb checking bellows for light leaks none. The case material is worn. Did not do cosmetic things. Rangefinder works. Photos are accurate. The film counter works. Without film you have to advance the sprockets to show this. It should take great photos. These are collector items. Typically selling for up to 3x as much.
