Very cool 9 volume encyclopedia set.Chambers’s Encyclopaedia A Dictionary Of Universal Knowledge For The People With Maps And Numerous Wood Engravings REVISED EDITION. Unaltered and Unabridged. The volume 1 is dated 1889. Volume 2 is 1892. Volume 3 is 1890. Volume 4 is 1890. Volume 5 is 1890. Volume 6 is 1890. Volume 7 is 1892. Volume 8 is 1887, and The 9th volume is dated 1892. All of the covers show some fading and discoloration. Some of the covers have some scuff marks and the corners are bent, some more than others. They are by no means perfect, but overall they are in quite good shape for their age. They all could use some repair. I did notice that there is a page that’s ripped in the 9th volume (pictured). A couple other pages throughout the volumes had some small rips. Most of them are split in some spots where the hardcover meets the binding. Please see pictures for overall condition.
