(Indeterminate/75 Days)Cascade Village Blue is a beautiful indigo variety created by Tom Wagner of Everett, Washington. It is a cross between an indigo variety and Green Zebra that produces tons of round, 3 ounce, purple fruit with red bottoms and usually a red star underneath the stem! It’s sweet, zingy, and juicy making it a great one for salads. This one does well in the shorter, cooler growing seasons! Do not Plant out until 2 weeks after last frost. Tomato seeds require high soil temperatures for good germination rates. We highly recommend heat mats to ensure and speed up germination. Pot up to 3–4 inch pots when first true leaves develop (not cotyledon leaves). Harden off plants for 1-2 weeks in full sun before transplanting them outside (after last frost). Make sure to give tomato plants a lot of space for vigorous root and foliage growth.
