SHIPPING:

E-commerce selling policies require the seller to ship ONLY to the designated address associated with the buying account (no exception) to protect both the buyer and seller and minimized confusion and possible fraud.  Therefore, it is important to update/verify your shipping address PRIOR to purchase/payment, so that the item will arrive safely at the correct address.

Shipping service is available only when shipping is offered and/or quoted as part of the shipping service.  When the shipping service is not offered, then the buyer is responsible for the local pickup or arranging his/her own shipping.

By purchasing the item, the seller has agreed to cooperate with the shipping service to complete the claim should any damage occur. The buyer must send to the seller photos of the damage(s) to both the item as well as the shipping box within 24 hours of delivery.

NON-CONTIGUOUS U.S. STATES: If your shipping destination is in Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, US Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico, please bear in mind that it will take longer for your item to arrive and up to several months if standard service is selected as the means to ship.  Due to this fact, we do require that an air service (expedited service) be selected such as USPS Priority or Express service, and avoid using USPS Parcel Post or other similar services by cargo ships via ocean vessels to prevent prolonged delays. 

International Shipping when offered:

International shipping is usually through eBay Global Shipping.  When shipping through eBay Global Shipping, the buyer will first see estimated shipping and import charges, and then the complete and final charges upon checkout.  The final shipping charge already includes an upfront US shipping charge and international shipping fees.

When not using eBay Global Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and surcharges are separate charges and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please be sure that the item you are buying can be imported into your country. The shipper is not responsible for any delay once the package is handed to the postal service.  Please check with your country’s customs office for the needed information.

LOCAL PICK-UP -or-BUYER-ARRANGED SHIPPING:  Due to the size and weight, the buyer is responsible for either local pick-up or arranging your own shipping.  I just had shoulder surgery and cannot pick up heavy items without help.  Nevertheless, if you arrange for the delivery via either FedEx, UPS, or Greyhound, I will assist by dropping off the item at any of those local drop-off shipping locations. 

LOCAL PICK-UPTIMEFRAME: The buyer is responsible for the local pickup or arranging his/her own shipping within a week of the purchase date. Any item that is not picked up or not arranged for pickup within a week will be considered abandoned.  E-commerce site policy states that it is prohibited for the buyer to demand shipping service when it is not originally offered in the listing.

LOCAL PICK-UPFINALIZATION: Upon local pickup, the item is free to be inspected and/or tested to confirm that the item matches the description and is complete as described in the listing.  Please be prepared to send a message through your eBay Mobile APP stating that you have picked up your item at the completion of your pickup.
