She / he is flamboyant and a true attention getter with its chest puffed out and stylized detailing on the plumage…swirly, curly tail feathers and cute little top knot. Marked Silver and Made in Mexico, the bird is vintage, with an extra-long pin — the mechanism works great, but the pin is slightly bent. Nice patina, or you could clean off a lot of the tarnish, whatever suits your personal style.
